We offer a wide variety of activities at our communities. Below are just a few examples of the fun we are having at White Pine, Comforts of Home and Gracewood Senior Living.
Our residents and families at Inver Grove 1 enjoyed lots of yummy goodies at our bake sale on Saturday which included a visit from Mr. And Mrs. Claus and there elf. Several residents participated in activities yesterday by building gingerbread houses while enjoying each other's company.
Holiday Fun at Gracewood
Gracewood has been super busy and we are looking forward to our holiday party. The Residents at Gracewood have started to decorate for the holidays, and helped make these beautiful wreaths for their doors. We also enjoyed decorating the flower beds this year, look how they turned out how fun and cute! Come Join us for our Holiday Party on Wednesday December 16, 2015 From 4:30pm to 6:30pm.

From everyone at White Pine Senior Living in Blaine we hope you are having a wonderful holiday season. Our spirits are high as we are getting ready to celebrate with family and friends at our annual holiday Christmas party. The assisted living and memory care residents at the Blaine 1 location will have their party on Thursday, Dec. 3 from 5-7PM. The memory care residents at the Blaine 2 location will have their party on Wednesday, Dec. 9th from 5-7PM. Holiday cheer and Christmas music with fill both building as live music is scheduled with a wonderful spread of festive treats. We hope to see you there!
Family Holiday Dinner December 11th
Comforts of Home River Falls RCAC is Hosting a fancy Holiday dinner for our Tenants and their families! We will have a cocktail hour, home cooked meal with three courses, and music! Families will arrive at 5pm for drinks and visiting . We will serve dinner at 5:30pm with cheerful Christmas music in the background to set the holiday mood. We are excited to get all family and tenants together for this special event!
Christmas Activities
Our December Calendar is full our Christmas Crafts, Decorating cookies, making gingerbread houses, making Christmas cards and Caroling! We are very excited for this fun filled month.
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone from our Gracewood Family in North Branch. We are counting out blessings one by one. One of our blessings is the High School kids that come four times a week to play games and visit. It is so much fun to welcome their happy faces. The High School in North Branch has been connecting Seniors and High School Students for almost 40 years. Everyone is always smiling when they are here. In this picture, the students were making turkey decorations with our Gracewood residents.
Today, House Managers from White Pine and Gracewood Senior Living gathered at Feed My Starving Children's Coon Rapids location to lend a helping hand and pack meals for children in Haiti. Together we were able to pack 1,656 bags of food that will provide 9,936 meals.
We have been selected for an exclusive showing of His Neighbor Phil and a discussion with Lori La Bey, Founder of Alzheimer’s Speaks.

Storyline
Harvey is devoted to his beautiful wife, Mary, who is stricken with early onset Alzheimer's Disease. Discovering that music somehow gets through to Mary when nothing else will, Harvey brings music to Mary whenever possible, to keep her with him, even for a few moments more. But when Harvey begins to believe that his neighbor Phil may have once been in love with Mary, Harvey wonders if maybe Mary had ever really loved him after all. An emotional drama, with music and some humor as well.
St. Croix hospice was gracious enough to have another Veterans Day Program for the residents of Gracewood. They talked about the significance of Veterans Day and had certificates for the residents and families that have served. The music therapist led us in patriotic songs and the program finished with cookies and juice.
Our residents love it when Trudy comes to entertain everyone in the house. All residents come together and join in singing and dancing. Thank you Trudy for being so kind to sing and dance with us.
Gracewood of Hugo is pleased to announce a Sunday Service. On the first Sunday of each month Messiah Lutheran Church of Forest Lake will be at Gracewood at 1:00 to do the service. Pastor Gregory along with musical guests will lead the service.
