To qualify for the service guarantee refund, a resident and/or representative must meet with management for a quality service resolution and also supply a signed letter of termination. A resident must not occupy a unit at a participating White Pine Senior Living, Comforts of Home or Gracewood Senior Living community for more than 30 days. The service guarantee only applies to residents paying privately.
