Our expansive green space not only creates a tranquil environment but also gives us room to host some of the best community events that bring families, residents, and the wider River Falls community together.

While the Kinnickinnic River is nearby, our campus features its own beautiful falls and water feature, offering tranquil views and a relaxing backdrop for daily life. Charming cafés, shops, churches, and cultural events from UW–River Falls add even more warmth and purpose, making our campus a truly special place to call home.

River Falls Memory Care and Men’s Memory Care, built in 2014, provides a calm, structured environment designed specifically for men living with advanced memory loss and approaching the end of life. With 40 rooms—including 13 private spaces dedicated exclusively to specialized memory care, this community offers the security, familiarity, and respect residents need to feel at ease. Every staff member is trained in Teepa Snow’s GEMS model, ensuring care that is relationship-based, responsive to each individual’s cognitive level and emotional state, and grounded in dignity. From daily routines to collaborative hospice partnerships, River Falls Memory Care and Men’s Memory Care is devoted to preserving individuality, fostering connection, and surrounding residents with comfort, respect, and humanity.
