River Falls Memory Care, built in June 2008, features 28 thoughtfully designed rooms that provide a unique blend of supportive assisted living and early-stage memory care. This nurturing environment helps residents maintain their independence while benefiting from gentle guidance, familiar routines, and meaningful, connection-based programming tailored to evolving cognitive needs and personal preferences. Every detail is created to promote confidence, comfort, and a true sense of belonging, offering the right support at just the right time.
