Gene recently celebrated his birthday turning 97!!  

Some of his favorite things are mail and pie. 
His friends and family (and strangers) sent many cards.   Over 100!!

This delicious blueberry lemon pie was dropped off by a complete stranger, sharing in her love for baking and her appreciation to Gene.
